Sun seekers and ski fans will love the options available to them this winter from Glasgow Airport.
On offer for skiers are:
- From 28 December until 29 March 2009, Glasgow flights to Turin with Crystal Ski will give access to some of Europe’s best ski resorts including Courmayeur, at the foot of Mont Blanc, and Sestriere, host resort for the 2006 Winter Olympics.
- Neilson is offering Christmas and Easter flights to Grenoble, departing 27 December and 4 April.
- easyJet is offering an extra flight to Geneva.
For sun lovers there are new flights to North and West Africa, and the Caribbean, along side popular winter hot spots such as Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Alicante and Malaga:
- flyglobespan is launching weekly flights to Hurghada in Egypt from 5 November
- Thomas Cook is offering weekly flights to Banjul, Gambia from November until April 2009.
- Thomson Holidays has new winter flights to La Romana in the Dominican Republic, starting 28 December until April 2009.
