easyJet is to launch daily flights to Istanbul from Gatwick airport this winter.

The Gatwick flights will commence on 12 December and bring the total number of easyJet routes from Gatwick to 51 this winter. The airline expects to carry more than 100,000 passengers on the route in the first 12 months of operation.
