Aer Lingus has just taken its half millionth booking for flights from Belfast International Airport.

The milestone was reached as the airline celebrated its first anniversary at Belfast – its first base outside the Republic of Ireland.

Since establishing itself at the airport, the airline has introduced eleven routes including the recently announced winter flights to Lanzarote, Munich and Milan.
