Jet2.com has announced the expansion of its Belfast base with the addition of two new routes.

The new Belfast flights to Dubrovnik and Newquay will commence on 2 May and 24 May respectively.

The airline expects the expansion to create around 50 new jobs.

Announcing the plans Philip Meeson, Jet2.com boss, said: “This isn’t the end of our plans for Belfast next Summer, there’s still more to come and we’re committed to offering the people of Northern Ireland fun, exciting and diverse leisure destinations.”
