Gatwick Airport launched its Christmas Charity Appeal on Monday as choristers from Ifield Community College sung carols and Christmas songs around the South Terminal’s Christmas tree.

Charities benefiting from this year’s appeal are: Gatwick Travel-Care and St Catherine’s Hospice.

Last year’s appeal raised more than £7000 for local charities.
