KLM Flies From Belfast City Airport

KLM, one of Europe’s largest airlines, is set to start flying from Belfast City Airport this spring.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will start a daily service from George Belfast City Airport to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport from 18th May.

The flights, as well as giving Irish passengers the chance to visit one of Europe’s most popular city break destinations, gives them access to KLM’s extensive network that flies out of Schiphol; thus opening up the whole world!

The news was greeted with much pleasure by both the airport’s Marketing Director, Katy Best and Ireland’s Enterprise, Trade and Investment Minister, Arlene Foster, given that Belfast City Airport was the only airport in the UK and Ireland to be included in KLM’s expansion plans that were announced earlier this week.
