Next summer, low cost airline, Iceland Express, will commence a Reykjavik to Edinburgh service.

The Edinburgh flights will operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 14th June to 30th August 2011, costing from £101pp each way.

The airline has also announced that it will operate flights to Chicago and Boston from Edinburgh, as well as increasing its New York service to daily.

Iceland Express will also operate its Reykjavik and US services from Belfast Airport via Edinburgh Airport.
