easyJet is to extend its online check-in facility to include passengers with hold luggage.

Previously, the online facility could be used by passengers with hand luggage only. Now passengers with hold luggage can check-in online and then take their suitcases to the bag drop point at the airport.

easyJet will continue to offer airport check-in for passengers and no charge is made for either check-in or bag drop.

Online check-in for hold baggage is available at 94 of easyJet’s 112 airports, and is available up to 60 days in advance of travel enabling passenger to pre-print their boarding passes for their outward and return journeys.
