A new scheme has been launched by BAA to provide noise insulation for residents living near Gatwick Airport.

The BAA Gatwick Noise Insulation Scheme for Homes will fund 100% of the cost of secondary glazing (or 50% of the cost of standard or high-specification double glazed replacement windows) plus 100% of the cost of loft insulation and 100% of the cost of required ventilation for around 1,000 homes in the Gatwick area.

Homeowners eligible have already been contacted and work will begin with properies closest to Gatwick.
