Emirates has increased its Gatwick to Dubai service by adding a fourth daily flight to its winter schedule.
This additional flight makes it the airline’s 10th daily service out of London, split between Gatwick and Heathrow.
The new service out of Gatwick will commence from 1st October, using a state of the art Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Offering a choice of three seating class options, premium cabin passengers can take advantage of the airline’s new exclusive drop-off zones which offer Chauffeur-drive service with Porter assistance for luggage. Whilst First and Business Class passengers will also be able to enjoy the airline’s newly refurbished exclusive lounge.
London is now officially Emirates’ most popular destination, second only to Dubai.
The daily services open up a gateway to the Middle East, West Asia and the Far East, on connecting flights out of Dubai; with demand high from both business and leisure passengers alike.
Speaking about the new service, Hubert Frach, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, West, said, “Emirates started serving London Gatwick in July 1987; since then over 10 million passengers have travelled on the route. As a global hub for finance, business and tourism, London attracts travellers from all over the world. With British expats forming the largest western community in Dubai, it’s not surprising to witness continued strong demand for travel between Dubai and the five cities we currently serve in the UK.”
