Air Transat has announced that it will launch a new service between Glasgow and Montreal, Canada.
The direct, weekly service will fly non-stop from next Spring, commencing on 30th May 2016.
Departing each Monday, with return flights landing on Sundays, the service will run throughout the airline’s summer schedule, until 2nd October.
With return fares starting from £385pp, passengers can choose from economy seating or club class.
The service is expected to be extremely popular, which further enhances the deep historic connection between Scotland and the Quebec province.
Speaking about the new service, the airport’s Commercial Director, Francois Bourienne, said, “This is the first time that the route has been served from Glasgow and it demonstrates the commitment Air Transat has to growing its extensive route network for our customers.”
