British Airways has announced it is increasing the number of flights it plans to operate during the next period of strike action – 30 May – 3 June.

The airline has increased its long-haul schedule at Heathrow to more than 70 percent – up from the expected 60 percent.

BA is now expecting to operate more than 55 percent of short-haul flights at Heathrow.
