Luton Airport is about to start building work on a new Security Priority Lane at the airport giving passengers the option of taking a priority lane to the security search point.

Natalie Raper, London Luton Airport Marketing Director, said “Although investment has enabled us to reduce queue times for all passengers, we are aware that some passengers would value a way of guaranteeing the quickest possible progress to the security search point.  We are therefore introducing the Priority Lane option and will be making a charge of £3.00 per passenger for this service; only passengers that choose to use the Priority Lane will be charged. By offering a choice of options we can provide an airport experience to suit the needs of all passengers.”

Once complete, passengers will be able to purchase tickets for the new Priority Lane using kiosks in the terminal.
