easyJet has announced it is launching a new service between London Luton and Dubrovnik this spring.
From 24th May, the low cost airline will see the new destination become its 52nd route from the Bedfordshire airport.
The beautiful southern coastal resort has seen an increase in popularity with British tourists, and as a result the airline expects to fly 21,000 passengers each year to the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’ destination.
Operating twice a week, the sunny European destination is popular with sun seekers for their annual summer get away, as well as those looking for a costal ‘city break’ style get away.
Speaking about the new route, Commercial Manager at EasyJet, Neil Slaven, said, “We’re pleased to be adding another destination to our network from London Luton Airport. Dubrovnik overlooks the waters of the Adriatic, it’s famed for being a walled city with recent UNESCO world heritage status and offers easyJet customers flying from Luton a great summer holiday destination.”
