Essential maintenance works on the approach to Luton Airport and at the Airport Terminal roundabout are due to commence today, Tuesday 8 June 2010.

Timetable of works:

Tuesday 8th Wednesday 9th June 2010
Between the hours of 22:00 and 03:00, the exit from the Priority Drop off Zone and the outbound section of the Airport Terminal roundabout will be closed for essential road maintenance. During this time the following will be in place:

• Priority Drop Off Zone will be diverted to the Short Stay Car Park where a 10min free parking grace period will be in operation.
• Mini buses wishing to use the Priority Drop Off Zone will be directed to the coach / bus set down area.
• Priority Parking collections will be diverted to the Short Stay Car Park.
• The Taxi Rank will move temporarily to the opposite side of the Terminal front. Diversion signage will be in place throughout the works period.

Passengers are advised to leave extra time for the journey to the Airport.

Wednesday 16th June to Saturday 19th June 2010
Resurfacing work will take place around the roundabout in Eaton Green Road, at the junction with Frank Lester Way. These works will restrict access to Percival Way from Eaton Green Road.

The works are due to take place overnight starting on Wednesday 16th June and are due to finish on Saturday morning 19th June.

The road will be closed overnight between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00, from junction with Percival Way. Diversion signage will be in place.

Passengers are advised to leave extra time for the journey to the Airport.
