Manchester Airport has been short-listed for the National Customer Service Awards.

The airport has been nominated for three awards:

  • The Best use of Technology Award for security improvements
  • Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year for its security team
  • Young Customer Service Professional of the Year – for Katy Gough’s free airport guidebook for Autistic passengers and their families.

Judging takes place in October with the awards ceremony being held on 9 December at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
