Ryanair has announced it is adding a new service to its Manchester operation’s winter schedule.
It will, from 31st October, fly between Manchester and Marrakesh.
This new service will fly twice a week
The new route sees the airline now flying to 25 different locations over the winter period – equalling 95 weekly flights out of the UK’s third busiest airport, equating to 1.9 million customers.
This news comes after the airline only recently confirmed its new Manchester to Sofia route, which will also fly twice a week from the 2016/17 winter season.
Speaking about the new service, Ryanair’s Head of Communications, Robin Kiely said, “We are pleased to extend our Liverpool winter 2016 schedule with a new route to Marrakesh, which will operate twice weekly from 31st October and our 25 winter routes will help deliver 1.9 million customers this year and support 1,400 ‘on-site’ jobs at Liverpool Airport.”
