Dutch rail operator Abellio is to take over the operations of the Stansted Express service.

Abellio will take over the Stansted Express franchise from National Express East Anglia in February 2012.

National Express East Anglia has operated the Stansted Express service since 2004 – Abellio’s franchise agreement will run until mid 2014.
