Ryanair will operate a new Stansted to Timisoara route next winter.
The popular Romanian city, the country’s third largest city, will be the 78th route from the London airport.
Running daily, the service is expected to be a hit with city breakers and families travelling between the two countries.
Boasting a heady mix of culture and architecture with a modern yet traditional vibe, Timisoara; which has been short listed to become the 2021 European Capital of Culture, will be available to passengers from this November.
To celebrate, Ryanair has released seats from just £19.99 each way, for travel during November 2016.
Speaking about the new route, the airline’s Lisa Buckley said, “UK customers can look forward to further improvements in the coming months, including new aircraft interiors, new uniforms and more new routes, under our Always Getting Better programme, as we continue to offer so much more than just the lowest fares.”
