High demand has meant that Virgin Atlantic is to increase their Glasgow to Orlando service.
Fabulous news for both the airport, and passengers, as Glasgow Airport celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The popular American holiday hot spot has been hugely popular, and will be increased as part of the airline’s Winter 2016 schedule.
From November 2016 to March 2017 the additional fight will see an extra 7,000 seats during the winter schedule.
The service sits alongside the airline’s extremely popular Glasgow to Florida route, that currently operates three times a week.
The airline has seen its demand rise every year since arriving at the airport, back in 2007.
